		<description>Congratulations on a well-researched Part 3.  This was very enjoyable.  If we believe that all information are merely &quot;artifacts&quot; then wouldn&#039;t the curatorial process be far broader for both the content strategist as well as the librarian?  When I say artifacts, I also include the motives and objectives behind any artifact gathering process, as well, as the media of the artifact itself.</description>
